Sharon Daniels, President and Chief Executive Officer, has overall responsibility for managing AchieveGlobal. Ms. Daniels returns to AchieveGlobal after a four year absence in which she served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer of two other training companies in the industry. She originally joined Kaset International in 1991, and served in the roles of Consultant, VP of Operations and General Manager of Field Operations. In 1997 and 1998 she held a leadership role involved in the integration of the three companies: Learning International, Kaset International and Zenger Miller. Prior to returning to AchieveGlobal, Ms. Daniels served as President and CEO of Communispond, a corporate communications company headquartered in New York. She was introduced to Communispond through her work with Frontline Group, a roll up of eight individual performance improvement companies.
Ms. Daniels' career prior to her work in the training industry was in the field of banking. She joined Southeast Bank, headquartered in Miami, Florida, after college and held numerous roles in operations, the mergers and acquisitions team, branch management, and training and consulting. She was with Southeast Bank for fifteen years. She holds a bachelor of education degree from the University of Florida, and a masters in Training and Organizational Development from the University of South Florida, and has over twenty-five years of experience in general management and sales leadership roles. On the personal front, Ms. Daniels is an active member of the Instructional Systems Association and American Society of Training and Development. She is married and has three children. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering in her community as well as hiking.
Chris Blauth, Director of Learning Solutions
Early in his career, Chris counted beans until one day he noticed the clouds spelled, "Don't count, grow!" Soon after that watershed epiphany, Chris left the world of accounting/finance and moved to the greener pastures of product management. For over a decade he's been planting and nurturing plants, shrubs, and trees. In fact, you might be intimate with the Genuine Leadership redwoods, providing enjoyment and shade for many a leader worldwide.
Jack McDaniel, Senior Technology Consultant
Having an undiagnosed case of ADD, Jack finds that he can't do the same thing for too long without driving his co-workers crazy. So, he dabbles in various roles at AchieveGlobal, including eLearning Project Manager, Instructional Designer, Scriptwriter, and Associate Video Producer. Some consider Jack to be a Renaissance man. Most, however, know he's a dilettante with a short attention span. But they put up with him anyway, because he knows how to tell mildly humorous stories.
Craig Perrin, Director of Creative Strategy
As Director of Creative Strategy Craig Perrin has spent 22 years at AchieveGlobal creating things - with horribly mixed results. He now has more bosses than direct reports, heads the product design group, and freely speaks what's left of his mind. Long ago, Craig scammed two degrees from a left-wing university and enjoyed failed careers as an art curator and an English professor. He likes being Blog Executive Editor because "Executives just tell people what to do."
Andrew J. Calvert Regional Sales Director, Singapore and Hong Kong
This former organic farmer, Shiatsu masseur, and English teacher lives and works in Singapore. In his unofficial role as office comedian, Andrew practices MBWA (Managing by wandering about) and is a talented "short" film maker, story teller, and part-time researcher. Like others, he enjoys the "bright shiny new" syndrome and is at the forefront of product and delivery development. NEVER take him to karaoke!
